2008 Tax Code

I got this in an email today; nothing like some humor on a Monday.

The only thing that the IRS has not taxed yet is the male penis. This is due to the fact that 69% of the time it is hanging around unemployed, 10% of the time it is hard up, 20% of the time it is pissed off and 1% of the time it is in the hole. On top of that, it has two dependents and they are both nuts! HOWEVER, effective January 1st, 2008, the penis will now be taxed according to size.

The brackets are as follows:
  • 10 - 12' Luxury Tax $300.00
  • 8 - 10' Pole Tax $250.00
  • 5 - 8' Privilege Tax $150.00
  • 3 - 5' Nuisance Tax $30.00

*Males exceeding 12' must file capital gains.
*Anyone under 4' is eligible for a tax refund.

PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR AN EXTENSION

cre8buzz is one of the hottest and friendliest networks out

Since my time online has grown into more than just a hobby I thought I would share a website with you all that it quite fun, interactive as well as a great place to meet like minded people. The site is cre8buzz. cr8buzz was just recently released from beta any is now open to the public. The beta test used an invite system to build the initial user base. My invite came by the way of a friend, Jade456, and I created a profile in the Real Estate group.

Like other social networking sites, cre8buzz allows users to setup free accounts, comment on questions, engage other users in forums and comment on other profiles, uploaded podcasts, pictures and videos, write blog posting, add a friends list and even add a website list (like ones your author). But that is not what really sets the network off. For me its the way the community talks to each other that makes it so attractive.

Other social networks people go off the handle and say some stupid stuff and the worst stuff I see is on YouTube. F-bomb this and f-bomb that and so on...it makes it unenjoyable to share while these culprits hide behind the anonymity mask the web has. That is important for me; the way people communicate really turns me on or off and cre8buzz has really done it for me. When conversations, comments and the like reduce themselves to name calling feud fests, like a bunch of kids, it drives me crazy and to drastic measures of leaving the network completely. But some people just do not get it that social networking and bad behavior and lead to serious consequences, blog post worth reading: Bob Sutton's Asshole Management, so they can get away with abusive behavior is horrible, enough about that through.

I was buzzing around the network and though I would share some of my favorites out there. To bad none of my stuff made into my favorites...what is up with that?

My Favorite Picture: Born to be & father and son

My Favorite Blog Post: Common mistakes smart buyers make when buying a home (cannot help it being real estate related)

My Favorite Podcast/Video: Terry Tate - Office Linebacker

My Favorite Profile: Evancalous

So if you have some time you take a breeze through the network and see if you like it and sign up. But you do not have to take my word for it; check out a Digg submission and see what everyone else has to say. That is not all; look for more action on the cre8buzz circuit in the coming months. It is my guess that the network is going to exploded and membership will increase exponentially.

Other items to note about the cre8buzz network is how easy the system is to use and maintain. Setting up a profile took just a few minutes and customizing profile was just as easy. Many members have made "pimp your profile" tutorials and other widgets to further customize a profile; which is more customizable that what Spaces has to offer. For my profile, I chose to move the modules around the three columns to get the right look and keep it pretty basic.

It is a fun network so what are you waiting for...get out there and cre8buzz for yourself, company or whatever! Hope to see you there.

Transformers Movie

Back in December 2006, I found out the new Transformers movie coming out this summer and needless to say I am still stoked on it release. All the trailers I have been watching and finding on YouTube make the movie so appealing to my generation especially since I grew up watching the cartoons and playing with the action figures. I just watched a video on the Transformers website about the creators of the film and one of main items they touched on was the sound and when the high quality sound is bonded with awesome graphics and special effects it is bound to be a block buster with Generation Xers.

My favorite has to be Optimus Prime, partly because I am truck guy and there is no bigger truck that 18 wheeler, and he is just a plain bad ass. In the trailer there is but only a short glimpse of him which is at the end but it is so sick and keeps me wanting more and more. I have noticed Goingbigger getting a lot of search traffic for Optimus Prime Wallpaper but the post isn' coming up as well as it should. Also, it should be mentioned that the wallpaper is not of the original Optimus Prime but one of a flat nose semi that is blue and white, not the traditional blue and red.

This first video is the trailer I favorited on YouTube and it really gives an excellent overview of the movie. Decepticons come to destroy people and the Autobots come to protect people. My favorite has to be when Optimus Prime roles into the picture and transforms (the brief glimpse mentioned earlier) and when whatever it is climbs out of the pool at the end.

This next movie was made by 3dblasphemy.com, who also did the Wallpaper, and it also is favorited on my YouTube site. It is really well done in my opinion because the camera angel and motion used simulates a person walking and filming at the same time, like an amateur would film, a little bouncy. It brings such realism to the movie when the flat nose Optimus Prime transforms. Goingbigger rates this video an A+

There will be more posts to come and especially a review of the movie when I see it. So mark your calendars for July 4, 2007 for the Transformers Movie and what could be a better way to spend Independence Day than with saving the world?

Seattle Mariners Season Opener 2007

Yesterday, I took the day off work to go to the Seattle Mariners season opener at Safeco Field in SODO. I met up with my buddy Lance, few others from high school and some other friends who I've been to Seahawks games with.

I left Kirkland around 2:30 hoping to would take to long to get across the water. But to my dismay 520 was all backed up and didn't clear up until the s-curves near the University of Washington. Finally getting to Seattle there were nothing but cars and after finding a spot I reached Safeco Field to take in the Seattle Mariners hosting the Oakland Athletics.

The first part of the game went fast because of the great pitching by both teams which game me some time to take some pictures. It all started to change with the Seattle Mariners got one hit, then the A's second baseman had a throw bounce off the top of his glove, an Ibanez sacrifice fly and the score was 1-0. Sexson came to bat and belted a 3 run home, HELL YEA!! GO Mariners!!

The Seattle Mariners beat the Oakland Athletics 4-0 in their first game of the 2007 season. Let's hope they continue to play well all season.

300

This afternoon AceJacks and I went and seen the movie 300 and it was the best movie I have seen in a very long time. 300 is based in the Greek time of the Spartans when the Persian where marching through the old world conquering civilizations on their quest to rule the know world.

At the beginning of the movie a Persian messenger rides into Sparta to tell them to surrender and kneel to the Persian leader, who thinks he is a god (nothing has changed for them has it), in order to preserve their way of life. Spartans where bread and trained as warriors from birth, no one like that kneels to anyone else, so surrendering was not in the thought process. After a brief discussion the Spartan King front kicked the messenger, the action sequences where slowed down similar to the Matrix, so hard and launched him into a pit in the courtyard. It was awesome and at that point I knew the movie was going to be as bad ass as the trailers portrayed it as.

The movie continues and they gather 300 Spartan warriors to face the millions of the Persian army, they didn't unleash their might force of 10,000, to do an epic battle where few stand up for what they believe in, freedom, against all odds. The battles where out right bloody, violent and skillfully done where it held every piece of attention I could muster.

Even though there was tons of action in 300 there was also a great plot line with the Spartan King and Queen. Their devotion was more silent and conveyed through visual love that in timeless. Along with there undying love, the Queen had to hold down the fort while the King was off in battle. She had to convince the elders that more men were needed for this war, that was brought upon Sparta, and the city had to make the decision to send more troops. The Queen made a solid case and ended up killing this puke that was in the pockets of the Persians, everyone in the audience cheered.

Back to the battle. 300 portrayed the true account, from my history research (yes, I am history buff), of what it meant to be a Son of Sparta and what Sparta stood for. The Spartan warriors were all stacked in the movie, how true that was I don't know, and had warrior skills that were unrivaled by their opponents. The cinematography slowed down then speeded up the action sequences to show the moves, skills and talent of the warriors to where as viewer it felt like you were in the battles.

300 also had a lot of humor in it to my surprise. It was so good that the audience all laughed and in my opinion further enriched the movie experience. In one scene the Spartan King was walking over the dead, the first round of battle, when a party started to ride up, to small to be an attack the King decided to go out. The King started to go out and greet them by himself and when others objected he responded there is no reason why we can't be civil. The crowd roared with laughed because of the irony of comedic interjection in the face of ultimate carnage.

The battles continued with the Persians throwing everything they could muster at 300 Spartan Warriors, rhinos, elephants and even the Immortals, which the Spartans challenged their names and put it to the test. The Immortals died, like everyone else, and the battles continued in epic proportions with action upon more action.

The last stand had the Spartans holding their heads high and fighting to the bitter end against all odds. As the history books tell the 300 Spartans perished doing what they valued, honor and freedom.

It was the greatest movie I have seen in years and a must seen in my book. I will preorder the DVD to watch over and over. After writing this I want to go see it again and probably again.

300 Kicks ASS

Transformers the Movie

Today I was breezing though YouTube and I came across something that was awesome: Transformers the Movie Trailer. Being a huge Optimus Prime fan this movie is going to kick some serious ass!! I love action, sci-fi, blow shit up movies and this one is just going to be over the top. I have another video on my YouTube site that was made by 3dBlastphemy and it is of another Optimus Prime. It is a flat nose semi truck and being a serious truck guy this totally gets me fired up. TRUCKS RULE!!!

This should be the most anticpated movie of the summer and probably the most watched. All comic book and action figure people from the 80's are going to so be watching it and I'll probably go see it twice then buy the movie when it hits dvd. So far I have visited the Transformers Website (it takes a while to load since it is done in flash or something) and have been downloading wallpapers for my computer and this is my favorite right now, Flat Nose Optimus Prime.

Ah I can't wait but I better going and clean my place since I am going to hit a matinee with my girlfriend...peace out!

Goingbigger Exploration, Inc

I have been getting excited about my progress with my SETI Team and the statistics that my two computers are putting up. My power is partially out due to a big we had last Wednesday so I am down to one computer for the time being. I did a post a while back asking for people to join my team with hopes to recruit a few people from MSN Spaces. If you are interested please let me know or go to My Team and register. It is fun and easy and doesn't require much from members. If you join the team everyone will recieve a link from the site to there site, a small incentive :) Hope to see people there and have a great day!

Bodies...The Exhibition

Bodies...The Exhibition is a one of a kind exhibit showcasing the human body in a light that has never been done before. Bodies was shocking, impressive and definitely a learning experience. On our way to the exhibit Jyll and I discussed our expectation and how comfortable we were with seeing bodies that used to be alive. The anticipation was full of mixed feelings and humor as we examined the crowd and see who would make great specimens.

The exhibit was laid out really well starting with the basics in the first room. It discussed bone structure and showed the main bones in the body, femur, shoulder, knee, spine and the skull. I got to see what I have torn up in my knees from the skiing and jumping :)

That was all cool but where was all the good stuff? So we hit the next room to see what we could find.

Entering the second room there was a host of bodies and this portion of the exhibit showed the main muscle structure of the body and the layering of the tissues. It was cool to see the inner workings of the muscles since I enjoy working out myself and how the muscle structure connects to tendons. One body was holding a rugby ball, another one holding hands with a skeleton and another was shooting a basketball.

These poses gave some life to the bodies which was kind of creepy.

The following displays outlined the nervous system (the coolest part of the exhibit), the brain and spinal cord (the grossest part of the exhibit). Here we found out how the eye balls where connected to the brain and the extensive of the nervous system. A brain had some eye balls attached to it as well as the entire nervous system. It was laid completely out and looked like a bunch of strings that would run through out the body.

Next was the blood vessels, arteries and heart. The blood vessels were all filled with a polymer silicone and the flesh was melted away leaving a perfect face, arm, leg and heart that only contained the blood vessels. It was weird to see a face and body completely out of blood vessels. The display room was very dim and the specimens were lit up brightly so they really stood out.

Then came the fat portion of the body. Here a women was used (don't ask me why) and where the boobs and other business were totally visible. The body fat is layer completely over the muscle and it has a very noticeable texture that is far different from the rest of the human tissue. The reproductive organs were also included here. Didn't care at all for this portion.

Since we went through reproductive organs the exhibit continued with a warning sign. Not being people that don't take a good warning we ventured in. Here was the complete baby cycle along with some birth defects. It was kind of creepy to say the least because the thought of where the specimens came from gave you a sort of sick feeling in the stomach, literally.

After the baby section there was just one more left that had a body that sliced up as if it went through a meat slicer in the butcher section of the grocery store. By that time we both had enough of the Bodies and decided to head back home.

During our drive back home we continued to talk about what we seen, how it made us feel (both enlighten and creeped out) and level of detail that went into every display. It must have taken years to put it all together and I couldn't even imagine to think of home many hours were put into it. After getting back home the exhibit kept coming in and out of our conversations so I guess it really made an impression.

All in all I am glad we went and got to see a once in a lifetime exhibit.

Sea Fair 2006

Well my Sea Fair was not to shabby this year. I spent it with my Dad, just us two, kickin it and feasting like kings. Dad arrived around 11:30 am with a cooler full of fresh Dungenous Crab, aka Sea Spiders, steak, corn and some other stuff. We ralxed and watched a little hydroplace racing on the boob tube before getting word that the Blue Angels were going to be flying. So we made our way to my roof top and commenced Maximum Chillaxin.

The F-18 Hornets the team flys are some of the best fighter jets to be developed by the United States and the manuvers these gentlemen pull fulling describes the capabilities of these jets. My pictures turned out s***ty but thankfully my buddy Rudy came through. He spent the day on the water directly underneath the flight pattern so when he swings by tonight I will post his images, view photo albumn. Even from my apartment roof top we could still get a decent show and will the speed they carry the Blue Angels can cruise the distance of Lake Washington in no time flat.

When the Angels were done flying, Dad and I grilled the steak on the complimentary BBQ and headed into the apartment for sea spiders and other fixens. I probably had two full crab along with my Dad so that means we way to many left overs. So instead of wasting all those crab we sat and watched racing while we cracked and ate more crab...the stuff is too good to put down. If you never had Dungenous crab before then your so missing out. Come visit me and I will introduce them to ya ;)

We cracked enough for me to try making crab chowder. I am a chowder freak and this will be my first attempt at making it :) Good thing I haven enough crab to screw up and redo it.

It was a great day, just me and my old man hangin out!! It rocked, and with his job we don't get to kick it like we used to just because we are all so busy these days.

X-Men Cont...

Since seeing that movie iut has inspired me to keep checking out the movie scene and my comic book. If you want to check some images from the movie The Last Stand, click here.

Ok I have been a fan of Wolverine long before he was ever really popular. I'm not saying he wasn't but in the grand scheme Wolverine wasn't the bad ass he is. He has powers that are un matched but that is not to say he was or is without enimies. But taking it to the limit is what he does best and he will chop his opponents heads off if that is what the situation calls for. He isn't a sensative person but more does what he wants, when he wants. There is a difference to him from others...loyalty.

Wolverine will always pursue good over evil but he has walked a fine line at times. In his growing he has learned to be what he has become...see the movie if you want to know what I mean because the explaination would be terribly long and will space the discomfort.

Now lets get to what he does best...Stay Mutha F***in Cool under pressure, Wolverine Image. If that image doesn't define cool...I'm sure I don't know what cool is.

Moving on...to the Hotties of the show and belive me they do a great job with the hotties.

If those three are not §§§§§mokin hot you have f***in issues. I mean they are sexy, eatiful (did i say that?), powerful and full of energy. I like ladies that are full of energy. If ytou have super sexy power....Show Me Them!! Yeaaa Babe!! E-mail Me with pics today!!

Mystique (Rebecca) is F***ing damd near naked...for the love of God...I would so do a chick that look liked that. I would f*** a blue chick...You Know It!! So I probably don't have to explain why I like the others...Halle is and will always §§chmokin and Famke is just beyond...I am sucka for a red head.

Go check the movie out...I have blogged for two days on this topic...heheh i am going to see the movie again!! Anyhoo that is all for me tonight!!

X-Men - The Last Stand

Tonight Rudy and I finally went to see X-Men - The Last Stand. I give it a HUGE THUMBS UP! Excellent story line, graphics and A§§ Kickin!! I enjoy watchin a good ass kickin movie that has cool shit in it like, super powers. If you haven't see it yet I highly recommend it but I won't spoil it either. It brings me to my topic tonight though.

Topic: What would be your ultimate super power and would you use it nicely?

Here are some awesome examples of super powers: telacansis, control over metal, weather, fire and ice. But the list continues. What if you could turn into a steal man, a man that can run through anything, a girl that can walk through walls, had a steal skeleton with big claws that heals hella fast (that is my fav) or the ability shoot lazers out your eyes.

The one super power you get exposed in the movie in which I have never thought of before is the ability to destroy anything and everything. The ultimate power. It was actually a tad spooky. The lady that had it was sexy, powerful, passioniate all at the same time but then she would get scary. And would petty much start going ballistic and she was the most powerful of anyone but in the end she was brought down.

Last night I hung out with my buddy Aaron and he asked me what would my power be? My favorite character is Wolverine. I have the second edition of his comic book series and multiple ones after. He is cool, badass, heals hella fast, has big metal knives in his hands and is tough as nails. I like his physical temporment as well along with the super power side burns!! Side burns just say cool.

This would be hella schweet! I mean, you would have a super power! Here are some other super powers I thought of that would hella scweet.

Rico - with this power you could make womens cloths just blow off them. This power could really impress your friends but it may also get you a lot of slaps in the face :) It could be possibly worth it :P

Stank - your power would be the nasty breadth and ass. Pretty much a stink machine. With one blow to the face you knock your opponets senseless. I would personally would pass on having this power.

Elavasis -  you would have the ability to make anything levitate. You could so pull trees out of the ground or pick large object and throw them. Imagine how far you could throw a rock... might have to go to the ocean to test that out.

I am now drawing a blank but you get the idea.

Conclusion:  Having a super power does mean you have a responsibility not to use it foolishly. So if you do have the ability do something like that please don't go f***ing crazy :)

So what would your super power be? Let all of us know and get creative becuase that is half the fun.

Have a great night!!

Q&A with Toby

Ask me anything, whether it is about me personally or just general questions. My heart, mind & door are always open!!

16) Who was the cousin who pulled me out of the snow? by jaxswim
The cousin was Jessie at Mount Pilchuck and the hitch cover still bears the scars but it's still in one piece ;)

15) Have you ever had a an accident? by boo26969
I had to chuckle about this question at first and I sure if anyone knows me they will understand. Yes, I have had a few good accidents in my time.

One: Endo'ed my dirt bike while training for a race. The bike landed on me and compressed my back and fractured my skull. The foot peg entered my skull right behind my right ear and almost got to my spinal cord.

Two: While working in Pipeline construction I had a valve explode in my face under 1600lbs pressure. The handle hit the tip of my chin breaking my jaw in three places and breaking out alot of my teeth. That steady hurt!! My jaw was wired shut for 3 weeks and I didn't regain full movement for about a year.

Three: This is just me knees. Multiple tears and strains and right now my left knee has a partial tear in the miniscus and a strecthed ACL, the doctors said it wasn't bad enough yet for an operation.

So yes, I have an accident once or twice in my years :P

14) Why does Crystal's question sound so familiar? by AmykinsRN
I am not sure why it sounds familiar because we never got that far. But if my memory serves me correctly you did have your hands full ;)

13) Are you in? by Crystal
This is to funny. Yes i am in for your Dirty Comment Day!! I hope no ladies ever ask me this when were shakin up ;)

12) Do you REALLY think the Seahawks have a chance against the Colts at the end of the season? by Marcie
Yes!! This is football right and plus we have a great team this year. Our offense put points on the board through all four quarters, our deffense likes to intercept passes and our kicker will lauch it over 50 yards. We don't have a chance, We have another WIN coming our way!! GO SEAHAWKS!!

11) What was your favorite toy as a child? by sweet_MissMae
Yes!! This is awesome. My favorite toy was LEGOs!!!! I used to build and rebuild for hours and hours on end. I had a draw full of pieces and I would get my favorite blanket, yea i had one, and pour all them out and play. There is so much you can do with LEGOs if you have the imagination. I still like to play with them when I see them. ;)

10) What type of ice cream do you like? by boo26969
Orange Sherbert!!

9) The REAL question is...Will the HUSKIES beat the COUGS? by amykristen
ABSOLUTLY!! Eventhough the Dawgs are having another rough year their record is in favor of a win. Being a Dawg it is hard to watch our football team but I DON'T CARE!! GO DAWGS!!

8) E.T come knocking on your door, holding up a Peace sign; one night and asked to borrow your telephone, what would you do? by dawnO_1982
I would great "them" with openess and peace but with some skepticism. Being a believer, I use the scientific knowledge and apply it to reality. The numbers don't lye and the universe is so vast that to comprehend all right now is far beyond my reach. But discounting the hostility factor would be un wise. We don't know who or what we are facing, excluding the conspricacy theories, so to be totally unprepared or open could lead to a hostile take over. I welcome the day and pray that I may be alive to see the day no matter the outcome because I welcome the chance to be apart of.

7) What do you like to do for fun? by Princess Boobie
Thing the is; I used to do so much. I started skiing when I was five but really slowed my activities approaching middle school, 6-7 grade. Then my brother and I started Karate. After training for a few years we ended up Junior Olympians. That ended and we started racing dirt bikes. Our focus was on Hare Scramblers and Desert racing. Trophied and did well but then I re-found skiiing and have been doing that since. Other things that accompany skiing are reading, writing and working. Times have changed and I am trying to re-focus my energy on my long run future.

6) Why did I see same blog poeple leaving comments on all good blog I visit? by OrlanduMike
We are seeing the same people leaving comments on multiple sites which we all visit because we are active bloggers/commentors. We enjoy roaming around and meeting new people so we are bound to bump into the same people once in a while. Also, if we use people comments list or spaces list to find new blogs then we have no chioce but to see the same people. This is the real reason why, well at least that is what i can come up with.

5) What I have done in my life that I am particulary proud of? by MizzouTigress
When I went to Bosnia in Oct 04 on behalf of the University of Washington to teach students team building, consulting and business strategy. I went totally alone, didn't know anyone , couldn't speak the language and met some fantastic people that showed me the culture and took me into their lives.

4) When your girlfriend is upset at what will you do? by Molly
Well since I don't have one I am not sure what I would do. Depends on what I did to piss her off. I would have to own up to my mistake and try to make it up to her. Saying sorry would be a great start.

3) What is my ideal girl? by Crystal
Answer: She is cute, sweet and has a mind of her own but will agree with me just because. She is also nice and kind hearted. She has to be 100% girl but doesn't mind getting dirty. She has to love to cuddle, has to hold me, let me be the man and most importantly she has to love me.

2) Why are there so many cruel people in this world? by Jolie Mae
Answer: Two reasons; First ~ Jealousy & Fear. People are scared of what they don't understand and the only way they know how to deal with it is to attack or lash out. Second ~ They dislike themselves. Other times people dislike a part of themselves or their behavior and in order to feel better they abuse others.

1) Are you a good father? by BunmiDarling
Answer: I'm not a father but an Uncle, and Yes, I am a good uncle.

Where does the time go? The days keep going while more to do keeps coming. Stop the Madness I say but will they listen, I'm afraid not. It is a good thing though because thINGS are looking good in the near future.

I just finished cleaning up the apartment and have the laundry going so it now my time. My time set aside just for me to do what ever I want. Writing is a hobby that only recently I started to enjoy. Through college it was my weakest point. Having a thought but unable to say on paper what i could say out my mouth. Face-to-face conversations or presentations come more natural and I really enjoy it.

It some ways you are entertaining. You can't bore the people whom you are talking but you also can't be a clown that doesn't know what they are doing. I started my site in May 05 and its envolution pleases me. I now have a record of my travels since then and only once did I write in a journal, hell...it was a diary. In 10th grade we had to keep one in english class but it was all about my personal life at that time. My dreams, hopes, high school problems, my identity but being young what else do have to say.

Now things have changed. My thoughts are what surprise me the most and sometimes I don't know how I thought it up. Saying that, I also never had a completely orginal thought. In some way shape or form that idea has been pondered. In my opinion, orginal thoughts come with age and with any luck I just might live long enough to have one.

Another thing I do that never thought I would when I was in high school, reading. So far I think I like series :) I have read the Harry Potter series over 5 times and still have the books, Lord of the Rings, once and have the set, The Complete Collection of Sherlock Homes and right now reading the Valley of Fear story. Going from the first to last is my goal. It has taken me 9 months to get to where I am at now.

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle did a fabulous job but I will admit that at times that can be to repetitive and long. Though for the most part pretty darn good. Ok I have fess up on one of my obessions. Call me a geek I really don't care.

"I am a pofound hobbiest of Lord of the Rings". I have studied the characters, their cultures and applied my theory but anyways I think they are pretty bad ass!! I remember being 13 or so and going to Junior Olympics in Florida. We went to medial times, history was my secret hobby :P , and I got to see the Knights. It just blew my mind so then studied civilization through out the world. GO HISTORY.

Ahhh I am getting tired and must work on BARE's site for a bit and then grab din and hit the sack.
